1. By signing up to a JJ+ Fan Hub Digital Membership (Digital Membership), you will receive access to the JJ+ Fan Hub to receive exclusive content, competitions, offers and marketing communications (Digital Content). The Digital Membership is a free product providing exclusive Digital Content however does not include any membership fulfillment, game day access, or other membership benefits.

2. The ownership of all Digital Content remains with the JackJumpers and cannot be copied, amended, reproduced or shared by you without the JackJumpers’ prior consent.

3. You can sign up to a Digital Membership by providing your full name, email, mobile number and postcode at: www.jackjumpers.com.au/fanhub.

4. Individuals under 18 years must have parent or guardian’s consent before signing up to a Digital Membership and the parent or guardian must read and agree to these terms.

5. You are responsible for all activity in your Digital Membership account including any activity by a third party. The Digital Membership is non-transferrable and remains the responsibility of the member.

6. When signing up, you consent to and agree:

1. That your personal information will be shared with the JackJumpers, the NBL, the JackJumpers’ service provider Swysh Pty Ltd (Swysh) and their third party contractors in order for you to receive the membership benefits;

2. To receive text messages and emails from the JackJumpers and Sywsh to receive Digital Content and other membership benefits including marketing communications;

3. To receive updates, communications and promotional material from the JackJumpers and Swysh, including being entered into the JackJumpers’ general newsletter mailing list;

4. That Swysh may store your information overseas in order to provide the membership benefits, as set out in the Swysh privacy policy at: www.heyswysh.com/pages/privacy-policy; and

5. You acknowledge and agree to the JackJumpers’ privacy policy at: https://www.jackjumpers.com.au/pages/privacy-policy and Swysh’s privacy policy at: www.heyswysh.com/pages/privacy-policy.

8. The JackJumpers reserves the right to refuse any membership application, cancel a membership of any member for any reason and amend the terms at any time in its discretion.
